ELECRAMA 2008 ‘Not Just Another’ Edition of IEEMA

IEEMA, an ISO certified apex association of Indian Industry started organizing the ELECRAMA exhibitions in 1990. This year 25 countries are scheduled to participate with China, Germany, Italy, Korea, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan as a group on a global platform for Indian and foreign companies to transact worldwide business on a Business to Business platform.

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 08, 2007 - Know the future of power? One of the world’s largest trade fair in the electrical and industrial electronics sector popularly known as the ELECRAMA has been scheduled to be held in Mumbai from January 18, 2008 to January 22, 2008.

The Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers' Association or IEEMA, an ISO certified apex association of Indian Industry started organizing the ELECRAMA exhibitions in 1990. Approved by the India Trade Promotion Organization related to the Ministry of Commerce, and supported by the Ministry of Power, this event happens to be a biennial trade exhibition on electrical and industrial electronic equipment.

Recognized worldwide, the bandwagon of Hanover Germany, INTEL from Italy, and MATELEC from Spain with the prestigious approval of the Union des Foires Internationales or UFI, the global association of the Exhibition Industry has been joined by not just another exhibition, but IEEMA’s own ELECRAMA.

This 8th in series of ELECRAMA exhibitions has over 1000 participating companies spread over 50,000 square meters showcasing products and services at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon. The fair focuses on welcoming the international community of buyers and investors, and those interested with the belief that the future of power is here.
